[Macpartners] SAPgui 6.20

Hi Dante,

I happened to do this with an Apple Preference Pane application in OS X and 
had the same problem, so it's not just SAP. After renaming it, I looked at 
Get Info on the item, and the previous name remained in the Name and 
Extensions box. My solution was to create an alias and rename that.
