[Macpartners] Email on OS X Panther and .mac

I've been trying to move my emails from the MIT server to my .mac account.

po14.mit.edu
outoing.mit.edu

whenever i enter these settings into imail or the .mac account, they do
not seem to be able to connect to MIT's mail servers.

Please help. You guys have been very very helpful. Thanks

P.S. also is there anyway to have pine run on my powerbook to connnect to
.mac?
