[Macpartners] techtime -> iCal.app

I've been experimenting with exporting TechTime data and importing it 
into Apple's iCal app. exporting into a .ics file (iCal format) doesn't 
seem to work at all (the export file is created and there's data in 
that file that looks like an iCal text file but the import into the 
iCal.app doesn't result in any calendar entries showing up).

exporting from TechTime to vCal format (.vcs) and importing into 
iCal.app results in duplicate calendar entries. the .vcs text file 
doesn't contain duplicate entries.

Can anyone else duplicate these results, or have you heard about these 
types of problems with iCal.app? All pointers/help appreciated!

(Why, you may ask do I want to import into iCal.app? To iSync with my 
bluetooth phone....)
