[Macpartners] OS X problem

Hi Phyllis,
I have found that mozilla (which shares code w/netscape 7) profiles
will get corrupt every so often and the result is similar.
If you like, try this, with Netscape closed, try and track down the
profile for this user (home/library/netscape/user/[here]) and
move/rename it temporarily.
Start up netscape and have it create a new profile and hit a few
websites. If it's working, close it, copy the users bookmarks from
the renamed profile and start it up again. You'll probably have to
have them put certificates back on and you may lose your history.
BTW: I may have my directories incorrect as I don't use netscape...
but my mozilla profile is indeed home/library/mozilla/user/[here] .
