We are hiring a Tenure-Track Assistant Professor of Management for Spring 2025/Fall 2025 in the College of Business at Texas A&M University-San Antonio.

Position Highlights:

  *   Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, and other Management disciplines.
  *   Standard 3/3 teaching load (with potential reductions in the first two years)
  *   Expectation of high-quality scholarly research with access to WRDS and various research databases
  *   Join a diverse, Hispanic-Serving, and Military-Embracing Institution.

We seek candidates with a Ph.D. in Management (or ABD close to completion by August 2025) from an AACSB-accredited institution. Teaching experience, research in HR or related fields, and an interest in AI applications in Management are preferred.
