The University of Northern Iowa's Department of Management in the David W.
Wilson College of Business seeks applications for a tenure-track *Assistant
or Associate* Professor of Management, starting August 2025. A successful
Associate Professor candidate will be awarded the Hamilton/ESP
Professorship in International Supply Chain and Logistics Management.
Primary teaching responsibilities will be a variety of courses that support
the Supply Chain major, including Operations Management, Global Supply
Chain Management, Supply Chain Modeling and Analytics, Supply Chain and
Purchasing, and Six Sigma and Lean Consulting Methodology at the
undergraduate and graduate levels. The department is open to candidates
with a variety of research agendas, areas of specialization, and
methodological approaches. In-person, on-campus teaching and regular office
hours are required. Depending on demand and expertise, teaching
responsibilities may include a limited number of online courses. Applicants
seeking a balance in teaching/research responsibilities will find a
collegial work environment and a faculty actively engaged and committed to
the growth and continuous improvement of the majors in the Management
Department. Salary and benefits are competitive with peer institutions.
