The Academy of Management will soon hold its 82nd Annual Meeting, which will take place in Seattle (August 5-9, 2022). This year's theme is "Creating a better world together."

The Journal of Supply Chain Management (JSCM) is delighted to participate in a number of events throughout the conference. Join our editors at the following events:

1. Doctoral Consortium: Friday, August 5, in the presence of Barbara Flynn, Lisa Ellram, Mark Pagell, Wendy Tate, etc. representing the past and the future of the journal, who will mentor PhD students and talk about expectations for publishing in JSCM. 

2. JSCM EDI session: Radical Innovations and Extreme Disruptions: Could We Learn from Each Other? (11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Saturday, August 6, SCC: Room 618)--- Come to this session to learn about the 2023 JSCM Emerging Discourse Incubator.

3. JSCM ERB members reception: 3:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. (by invitation, in an off-site restaurant)

4. JSCM Award session: Please note that the time for this event has been changed to Monday, August 7, 6:30-8:15 p.m., Seattle time, in room WES: Cascade I-B. Thomas W. Derry, CEO of ISM, will attend this session and give a talk!  

5. DEI sessions: 
   1. The Role of Faculty Members in DEI: A Conversation Between Faculty and Deans and Department Chairs, 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Sunday, August 7, WES: Elliot Bay 
   2. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in the OSCM Division, 1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m., Sunday, August, 7, WES: Fifth Avenue room 

6. OSCM Division Meet the Editors Panel: 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., Monday, August 8, WES: Puger Sound room 

We also draw your attention to all the Best Paper Award sessions, such as the OSCM Division Best Student Paper Award (9:35 a.m. to 11:15 a.m., August 8, Monday, SCC, Room 619), the OSCM Division Chan Hahn Best Paper Award (2:45 p.m. to 4:15 p.m., August 8, Monday, SCC: Room 2A), and the ISM Best Paper Award (4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., August 8, Monday, WES: Cascade-I-B; Thomas W. Derry, CEO of ISM, will also attend this event).
