Dear Colleagues,

The Management and Marketing Department of Southern Illinois University Edwardsville's School of Business seeks applicants for a tenure-eligible faculty position in the operations management area at the rank of Assistant Professor starting in August 2021.  The candidate's responsibilities will include developing and teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in supply chain management, operations management, supply chain analytics, process analysis, and other related areas.  Successful candidates for the position will have strong research engagement and/or publications record in the supply chain management and related disciplines.

The Management and Marketing Department houses a diverse set of disciplines - general management, organizational behavior, human resources, strategy, entrepreneurship, supply chain/operations management, marketing, and market research.  This diversity provides opportunities for cross-disciplinary collaborative research and curriculum. The Department also has a diverse faculty, with about 50% female full-time members, and includes members from the US, India, China, and South Korea.
