Dear All,
I am Camil Martinez, the new Research Leader at the Center for Latin American Logistics Innovation (CLI). The CLI is the MIT SCALE’s Network center located in Bogotá, Colombia. You can find more information about CLI in the following link: http://scale.mit.edu/centers/center-latin-american-logistics-innovation
I would like to let everyone know about an exciting research opportunity we are offering to undergraduate students all over the world. The Undergraduate Certificate in Logistics (UCLOG) is a research program designed for undergraduate students pursuing a degree in supply chain or related fields. UCLOG will be hosted by CLI in Bogotá from July 2nd to August 3rd. It combines lectures with MIT professors, conferences by local practioners and visits to local industries that provide a hands on experience of the logistic reality in Latin America and the challenges that they face. UCLOG is a great opportunity to learn about Latin America from a supply chain and logistics perspective, discover the culture and the beauty of Colombia while learning how to do research and what the SCALE Network has to offer.
Please consider inviting your students to participate. You can find and forward all the details of the program and application process in the attached brochure or you can email me at cmartinez at logyca.org.
Thanks,
Camil Martinez
