New DSI Track: "Decision Models in Logistics"
Track Chair: Hakan Yildiz, Michigan State University [yildiz at broad.msu.edu]
The Decision Models in Logistics track is focused on research that tackles logistics problems using quantitative models to help managers make better decisions. Key areas of interest within this track include the use of simulation, statistical models, data mining, and optimization to understand, analyze, predict and solve challenging problems in transportation, inventory management, warehousing, packaging, and network design.
