[Logprofs] Hiring for Faculty, Researcher, and Post-Doctoral Fellow positions at all MIT Global SCALE Network Centers

Hello Everyone,

As most of you know, in 2004 the Center for Transportation and Logistics (CTL) at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) formed the Global Supply Chain and Logistics Excellence (SCALE) Network of academic centers.  As of today, the Global SCALE Network is comprised of four centers covering four continents: 

North America: The MIT Center for Transportation & Logistics (Cambridge, MA USA); 
South America: The Center for Latin-American Logistics Innovation (Bogotá, Colombia); 
Europe:  The Zaragoza Logistics Center (Zaragoza, Spain); and 
Southeast Asia:  The Malaysia Institute for Supply Chain Innovation (Shah Alam, Malaysia). 

The SCALE Network consists 50+ faculty members and researchers educating 125+ enrolled graduate students and conducting research with 200+ corporate partners.  As we continue to grow, we are currently seeking talented and energetic professionals for several tenure and non-tenure track academic positions in supply chain management, logistics, and transportation at all four of our SCALE Centers.   Requirements include a doctorate in logistics, supply chain management, engineering, economics, business, or a related discipline. Significant experience in the field of logistics and supply chain management is also required.

Specific position descriptions along with details on how to apply to any or all of these positions are attached.  We are running separate searches for post doc fellows (scale-postdoc2015 at mit.edu <mailto:scale-faculty2015 at mit.edu>) and faculty / research staff (scale-faculty2015 at mit.edu <mailto:scale-faculty2015 at mit.edu>).  Review of applicants for both searches begins on 12 February 2015 and continues until 29 May 2015.
