Tenure-Track Faculty Positions (All Ranks)
Department of Supply Chain & Information Systems (SC&IS)
The Supply Chain & Information Systems Department at the Smeal College of Business, The Pennsylvania State University (University Park, PA), invites applications for three tenure-track faculty positions in Supply Chain Management, available in August 2013.
Candidates for the Full or Associate Professor positions must have a strong commitment to pursue high-impact research focused on industry-driven problems in supply chain management, to contribute to the development and successful placement of doctoral students in top research universities, to support program-building efforts via service and scholarship, to teach successfully in both graduate and undergraduate programs, to support industry outreach initiatives, and to promote interdisciplinary research collaboration. Salary, rank, and endowment opportunities are competitive.
Candidates for the Assistant Professor position must have a doctorate (granted or nearly complete) in supply chain management or a directly related primary field.
