I am serving as Co-Chair for the Supply Chain Management and Logistics track in 
the 2011 SMA Conference that will be held in Memphis, November 2-5.  I would 
encourage you and your doctoral students to consider submitting a paper or 
session proposal for this conference.  I also wanted to let you know that the 
deadline for submitting papers or session proposals has been extended to April
