The School of Business & Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University in partnership with the Balsillie School invites applications for a tenured appointment at associate or full professor rank for a CIGI Chair: International Supply Chain Management position commencing July 1, 2009
The successful candidate will be jointly appointed to the School of Business and Economics and to the new Balsillie School of International Affairs (http://www.balsillieschool.ca). 

Although all applications will be considered, applicants with research and teaching interests in international supply chain management are particularly encouraged to apply. The focus of the activities by the Chair will be on international SCM strategy, policy, and governance issues (both governmental and corporate) to facilitate effective, efficient, secure supply chains. Applicants for the position should have a PhD in a related field and an established record of excellence in research and teaching at the graduate level. 

Laurier Business & Economics is one of the largest and most innovative business schools in Canada and offers undergraduate and graduate degrees including a new PhD in Management. It has over one hundred full-time faculty and more than three thousand undergraduate and graduate students on campuses in Waterloo and Toronto, Ontario.
