SENIOR ASSISTANT / ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR POSITION IN SUPPLY CHAIN
MANAGEMENT
DEPARTMENT OF INFORMATION SYSTEMS AND SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT
The Department of Information Systems and Supply Chain Management at TCU
invites applications for a tenure-track assistant or associate professor
of supply and value chain management. The ideal candidate will have
three or more years' experience beyond the Ph.D. and a strong record of
teaching, research, and publication in top journals. Relevant business
experience is a plus. The 12-member department offers an undergraduate
major in supply and value chain management and an MBA concentration in
the area. EMBA courses are offered in supply chain management,
statistics, and operations management. The appointee will be expected
to teach undergraduate and graduate-level courses in supply chain
management.
The Supply and Value Chain Center (SVCC) in the Neeley School works
closely with the business community. To enable students, faculty, and
business leaders exchange ideas and best practices, the SVCC hosts an
annual Global Supply Chain Conference and other executive forums on
critical supply chain issues. The SVCC also offers an MBA certificate
in supply and value chain management and provides executive education
for companies. In addition, the SVCC provides support for faculty

TCU is located in Fort Worth, Texas, about 30 miles from Dallas.
University enrollment is approximately 9,000 students. Fort
Worth-Dallas is the home to 17 Fortune and 17 Forbes 500 companies. The
population of Fort Worth is approximately 760,000. The Neeley School
has about 1600 undergraduates and 400 full-time, professional, and EMBA
students.
