Hey Swing Dancers!

Just a reminder that the Harvard Swing Kids, Harvard's
swing/lindy society, is hosting its second dance of the
semester this Wednesday, November 7. We have a NEW location
this month - we will be dancing in Holden Chapel in Harvard
Yard. It's the third oldest building still standing on
campus (completed in 1744) and has a wooden floor that will
be great for dancing.

As last month, the dance is co-hosted by the MIT Lindy Hop
Society and the Dudley Arts Council, and there will be a
*FREE* (yes, free) introductory swing lesson by the famous
Andrew Stein and our very own Di Yin Lu from 7-8 pm. There
will be open dancing for all levels afterwards until 11 pm.
The dance is an inter-university event (Harvard, MIT, Tufts,
and more) so everyone is welcome - feel free to invite
friends.

Time: Wednesday, November 7 (and subsequent "first
Wednesdays" of the month). 7-8 pm: lesson; 8-11 pm: open
swing dancing. Please note that the lesson is being held an
hour earlier than it was last month.

Location: NEW LOCATION! We are hosting the dance in Holden
Chapel, located in the center of Harvard Yard and just steps
from the Harvard Square T - see the flyer/map at

 http://mit.edu/swing/harvard/swingkids_flyer_11_2007.pdf

for directions.

Hope to see you there!

Organizers, Harvard Swing Kids

P.S.:

* Next week (November 14) we will be back at MIT. Gui will
teach a lesson before the dance.

* Tango de los Muertos: The MIT Argentine Tango Club hosts
the opening night milonga Thursday, November 8, Lobdell 9pm.
