[Lindengardens] Front stairs work this Weds

TO:   All Residents of Linden Gate Condominiums

RE:   Front Landing Repairs
DT:  Wednesday October 5, 2011 @ 8 A.M.

On Wednesday October 5, 2011 at 8 A.M. Kneeland Construction will begin
replacing the stairs in the front of Linden Gate Condominiums.

During this phase they will be digging footings and pouring concrete.  From
time to time you may hear loud banging as they dismantle the old landing and
install the new one.

Please pay attention if you use the front entrance as we anticipate that the
stairs will be impassible for several days.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
