On Wednesday October 5, 2011 at 8 A.M. Kneeland Construction will begin replacing the stairs in the front of Linden Gate Condominiums. <br><br>During this phase they will be digging footings and pouring concrete.  From time to time you may hear loud banging as they dismantle the old landing and install the new one. <br>
