[Lindengardens] Linden Gardens: Water Shut-off Scheduled for Friday

Tom,

It seems like you'd only need to turn off the water during the part where
you're replacing the pipes. That is, you could:

1. tear out ceramic tiles
2. valve off the water
3. replace piping behind the ceramic tiles
4. turn the water back on
5. replace the bathtub's coating that has chipped away due to the incessant
dripping
6. allow time for the new coating to dry
7. replace the ceramic tiles

rather than:

1. valve off the water
2. tear out ceramic tiles
3. replace piping behind the ceramic tiles
4. replace the bathtub's coating that has chipped away due to the incessant
dripping
5. allow time for the new coating to dry
6. turn the water back on
7. replace the ceramic tiles
