The LCM and MIT Arab Students Organization cordially invite you to the

Alumni Dinner Series Event with Imad Jureidini

 Imad Jureidini is the co-founder of Yamli.com (http://www.yamli.com), a
Cambridge-based startup that aims to empower the Arabic language on the
Internet. Launched in November 2007, Yamli offers a breakthrough,
award-winning
technology that allows users to type Arabic using Latin characters. Yamli's
long-term goals are to drive innovation in the Arabic web by developing
Arabic
centric solutions for users in the Middle East and the world.

 Imad is of Lebanese-American descent and grew up in France. He holds a BS
in
Applied Physics from Columbia University and obtained his PhD in Nuclear
Engineering from MIT in 1998. He has spent the past ten years working in the
software industry as an engineer and entrepreneur, both at startups and
large
companies. Imad also sits on the board of INLET, a non-profit organization
whose goal is to foster entrepreneurship in the MENA region in general and
Lebanon in particular.
