TECHLEB|06 is the 1st International Conference on Technology Development in
Lebanon. This pivotal event will be held under the auspices of the Prime
Ministry of Lebanon at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in
Cambridge, MA, over the weekend of May 20-21, 2006. TECHLEB|06 is being
organized by the Lebanese Club at MIT in collaboration with other advisory
partners.

TECHLEB|06 aims to define the roadmap of development strategies and
initiatives essential to making Lebanon a vibrant and sustainable technology
hub in the Middle East and North Africa region (MENA). In the presence of
business leaders, decision makers, and economic development experts from the
international community, the conference will convene key players from the
Lebanese private sector, government, and diaspora to connect the building
blocks of Lebanon's technology sector.
