  Dear Hanan,

 OF COURSE there is no evidence! 
 
 Also, you should not fool your mind with the
"superiority" of the concept of evidence in such
contexts. The concept has been manipulated, day in and
day out, in courts of law that even operate under the
banner of democracy, to deny people the most basic
rights.
