good background info on the website and the quoted article, thank you.  I just
realized that people may have focused on the article instead of the link it
provides to the harvard report (direct link at
http://www.ksg.harvard.edu/presspol/research_publications/papers/research_papers/R29.pdf)
but in any case the report doesn't fare much better in terms of 
objectivity and
honest reporting, at the very least the conclusions are drawn based on a
one-sided opinion survey where the author doesn't give a value judgement about
the data, it's a clever way to put forth some biased conclusions while keeping
a safe distance.  I'm sure it will be well received however especially by
newcomers to this whole issue.

FYI for anyone unfamiliar with Marvin Kalb the author of this harvard 
report, he
was a harsh critic of a previous harvard study on the influence of the israeli
lobby on US foreign
policy(http://ksgnotes1.harvard.edu/Research/wpaper.nsf/rwp/RWP06-011),
ironically his criticism at the time was that the study didn't meet harvard's
research standards...
