SH,
To my knowledge nobody is making statements or assertions in the name of the
LCM. People are debating and discussing and sharing ideas when it comes to
Lebanese affairs, politics and others..
I don't agree that the LCM should be kept out of this. I believe one of the
aims of the club is to provide a space for healthy exchange. Even when "50%
of Lebanese don't agree with what the other has to say" as you said, as long
as the discussions are civilized, there should be no problem being open
minded and convincing each other through dialogue.

Hi all

Thank you all for your political opinions, would you please keep LCM out of
our local Lebanese politics, because at least 50% of Lebanese don't agree
with the other side what ever the other side is...

Thank you all, And keep the good work

SH

I hope the day comes when the maid can go down and protest by herself,
without
the need to be accompanied.

Apparently, the army and security personnel do not let the maids go down and
protest. They make them go back home once they spot them unaccompanied, talk
about freedom. That's sad.
