We are pleased to announce the "Leonardo Electronic Almanac Discussion"
(LEAD) accompanying our *Wild Nature and Digital Life *special issue. By 16
December, we begin our moderated discussion forum (sign up today at:
LEAdigiwild-subscribe at googlegroups.com).

We will also shortly announce dates/times for our upcoming live chat
sessions with our authors/artists for readers to engage with the special
issue contributors (see below for full information).

Guest edited by Dene Grigar and Sue Thomas, the issue features Peter
Hasdell, Tara Rodgers, Dave Burraston, Andrew Martin, Jennifer Willet, Adam
Gussow, Dr Kathryn Yusoff, Jeremy Hight and Brett Stalbaum. The essays are
packaged with a small but powerful gallery of two works, exhibiting Karl
Grimes, Elisa Giaccardi, Hal Eden and Gianluca Sabena.

*What is LEA?*

For over a decade, the Leonardo Electronic Almanac (LEA) has thrived as an
international peer-reviewed electronic journal and web archive, covering the
interaction of the arts, sciences and technology. LEA emphasizes rapid
publication of recent work and critical discussion on topics of current
excitement. Many contributors are younger scholars and artists, and there is
a slant towards shorter, less academic texts.
