Serialization framework future

I agree with nico that the serialization format for credentials should
be the krb-cred we just  standardized in the IETF.

That doesn't completely answer the question; you may want to fit it into
a serialization framework, although I don't think you need to do that
for this particular project.

So, my preference is

1) Use krb_cred directly for gss_export_cred

2) If you want to retool the serialization framework, that's
fine. Options 3 and 4 seem good to me.
