Help testing Pkinit configuration instructions

I've written up some "simple" instructions for minimal pkinit setup at
http://k5wiki.kerberos.org/wiki/Pkinit_configuration .  I'd appreciate
it if people could try these instructions and see if they work.

I just finished confirming the open ssl goo.

I'd also appreciate it if anyone who knows how to integrate pkinit with
any CA more advanced than the openssl x509 command could add a section
on how to do that.

The page could also benefit from a section on how to configure pkinit
with PAM.
