That shouldn't be necessary.  The point of using OID's for something like 
this is that everyone can assign OID's out of their own arcs, rather than 
having to coordinate with someone else to use theirs.  MIT Kerberos has its 
own OID arc from which ID's can be assigned for this purpose; there's no 
reason to use numbers in space belonging to IBM or Novell.
