Yes it is...  I created a virtual machine w/ fedora 12 installed - and 
needed to compile my own version of expect (the clock module in tcl has 
some issues w/ dejagnu).  By default csh/tcsh is not installed. With 
/bin/csh not installed - all tests run and pass (unless they silently 
fail somewhere).  The wiki could be updated w/ info about this.
