KRB5KDC_ERR_ETYPE_NOSUPP in protocol transition

If anyone is able to test this in a multiple-domain environment, that  
would be great. I've tested in two domains, but it would be good to  
know it works with three and more.

Code in the users/lhoward/s4u branch. Test program in src/tests/gssapi/ 
t_s4u.c.
