It didn't hit me right away, but the idea of connecting the keytab to  
the ccache instead of to an explicit kinit-like operation makes an  
awful lot of sense.  In fact it really ought to be connected to the  
tgt specifically.  Not sure how to implement that without major  
surgery, but that's a different issue.
