option letter for kinit fast

Sam,

You are looking for specifying FAST cache. Does that mean we can use a
normal request (e.g. no fast) and get a TGT into the FAST cache and use this
as armor TGT?

I'd like to add an option to kinit to set the name of the FAST ccache.
If set, the library will look for an armor ticket to use in that cache
and turn on fast.

What option letter should I use?
