So, I think I've seen support for the following changes: * Making sign_only a type not a flag * Documenting what types the flags can be used with. My assumption is that alloc and allocated can be used with any type besides data, stream or sign_only. Do these changes plus the reordering we've already committed address the outstanding comments?
