Request for revised microsoft GSSAPI samples

Per the notes in the readme file of kfw-3.0.0 in the
src/athena/aith/krb5/src/windows directory, could we please be sent a copy
of the revised microsoft GSS-server sample app that is interoperable with
the MIT kerberos gss-server and gss-client implementation?

We are currently engaged in development work involving Unix and Windows host
in a Active Directory Kerberos environment.
