On Tuesday, April 4, 2006, the Open Source Software
Institute and representatives of the Defense Medical Logistics Standard
Support (DMLSS) and DOMUS IT Security Labs will host an
(Birds-of-a-Feather BOF) informational briefing at the Linux World Expo
in Boston, MA.

At this briefing, the OSSI, DMLSS and DOMUS team members will explain
(in great and thorough detail) all aspects of the FIPS 140-2 validation
effort for OpenSSL. This meeting is open for all to attend and we
encourage anyone who has any question (technical, historical, political,
etc) to come and participate. We will answer any and all questions,
especially the ones that we've quietly avoided during the long, arduous
validation process.

It should be well worth your time.
