Problem building KFW 3.0

Hi,
   
    I am getting the following error when I try to build KFW 3.0 :
   
  Building auth\kuser\kinit
  Included Makefile.dep
  NMAKE:fatal error U1073:don't know how to make 'c:\kfw-3.0.0\src\scripts..\target\lib\.\i386\rel\krb5_32.lib'
   
  I was able to build all other libs except for the k5 libs.
   
  Did anyone encounter a similar problem.
