build errors during batch build of kfw-2.5

My build environment contains

    Microsoft Visual C 6.0 SP5
    Feb 2003 Platform SDK
    ActiveState Perl 5.6.1 Build 633

I build with:

    call "c:\program files\microsoft visual studio\vc98\bin\vcvars32.bat"
    call "c:\program files\microsoft sdk\setenv.bat" /2000 /RETAIL
    set APPVER=5.0
    set TARGETOS=WINNT
    set _WIN32_IE=0x0500
    cmd.exe /c c:\perl\bin\perl.exe ..\scripts\build.pl --tools /nologo
