build errors during batch build of kfw-2.5

Thanks. I get another error now for "TryCriticalSection"  so I think I've
got setup problems. Any chance you could send me your path and include
environment variables and the relevant bits of any build script you're
using? It would be really appreciated!

That is the version that comes from Microsoft Visual C 6.0 and not the 
version from the Platform SDK.  My guess is that you have the 
environment setup incorrectly.  The Platform SDK tools must supercede 
those of the MSVC.
