Mac OS X 10.2 Kerberos Extras installer source available

To help other sites create an localized installer for the Mac OS X 
10.2 Kerberos Extras, we have made the source files used to create 
the Mac OS X 10.2 Kerberos Extras installer available, along with 
explanatory documentation.

This is a Mindvision Installer VISE archive nearly identical to the 
one used to create the Mac OS X 10.2 Kerberos Extras installer in our 
public distribution.  All necessary binaries are included, all you 
need to do is provide a properly configured "edu.mit.Kerberos" 
preferences file for your site (and possibly a new read me).

The installer source requires Installer VISE 8.0 or later.
