If MIT is willing to turn off address checking in ftpd altogether, I
don't think I need bother trying to get a revision into the GSSAPI
spec.

I do think the GSS_C_CHANNEL_BINDINGS_FOLLOW_CREDS solution was kind
of elegant.  But in this case an ax is better than a scalpel :-)
