Updated NAT fixes

Changes to GSS-API also should be proposed on the CAT WG, which is
dormant. Ah well. Would the MIT folk include a non-standard extension to
GSS-API? Ask them. Better major return codes for credential problems too
would be nice.

I like your idea though :)
