This installation part is primarily RedHat centric, but further
information is listed in the appendixes. Also, there is SOME of my
environment in this document for now, but I'll remove that bit of info,
on where to obtain the kerberos and openssh sources from, and list
generic sources instead. 

Sorry for that, I thought I got everything.
