Please note this is a public Kerberos community support forum, not a
private team contact point. The MIT Kerberos Team does not generally
provide private customer support to external parties. I will, however,
try to point you toward readily available information that should help
you with your request.

EULA is probably not the applicable term for our software. The
copyright license statements for the MIT Kerberos software (which
includes the Kerberos for Windows product) are available at

http://web.mit.edu/kerberos/krb5-latest/doc/mitK5license.html

and in the NOTICE file contained in the source code distribution files
(e.g., kfw-4.1-src.zip for MIT Kerberos for Windows 4.1).

We do not publicly state an applicable ECCN for this software at this

may apply to our software is for general background purposes only and
does not constitute legal advice. You (or your legal counsel) should
make your own determination of the applicable ECCN. Please see the
export law warnings at the top of

http://web.mit.edu/kerberos/dist/index.html

The answers to your ECCN self-assesment questions are available in the
documentation and source code.

> An Export Control Classification Number (ECCN) is a specific alpha-numeric code that identifies the level of export control for items e.g. software that are exported from member states of the Wassenaar Arrangement, including the United States. After obtaining the ECCN, the exporter must determine whether an export license is required to export items to certain countries.
