Install failure, krb5-1.13 on Fedora 21_kernel 3.18.3-201 (and earlier 3.17 kernels)

It would probably be worth posting the relevant strace output and the line
used to invoke configure (from the top of config.log).

I don't think we know of any issues with the configured directories not
being honored.
