krb4 compatibility still in docs but removed from code?

Hi,

I tried to enable krb4 compat mode for an old application by using
  --with-krb4
as documented in
  http://web.mit.edu/kerberos/krb5-1.9/krb5-1.9.3/doc/krb5-install.html
but the configure code says
  configure: WARNING: unrecognized options: --with-krb4

It looks like the code has been removed from the source. Not that I really need the krb4
support, but I suggest removing it from the docs then.
