Build failure with Kerberos for Windows 3.0

I have downloaded the source code for MIT Kerberos for Windows 3.0 via
http://web.mit.edu/kerberos/dist/index.html#kfw-3.0 (kfw-3.0-src.zip,
12412k)), but cannot make a good build out of it. There are various
missing directories existing only in Makefies, the krbcc\src\CCacheLib
folder contains only source code for Macintosh, and there is missing
header files, such as windns.h.

Has anybody ever tried to make a build from the source code in
kfw-3.0-src.zip? I need a rebuild to debug the code about krbcc.
