Kerberos 1.4.3 broken?

Observed some issues with 1.4.3 on RedHat as well as on Windows (with
kfw 3).
1) With kfw 3, gss_krb5_ccache_name() always fails (This works with kfw
2.6.5)
2) With 1.4.3 on Linux, I am observing crash with krb5_kuserok call.
(This works with 1.3.5).
There are other problems as well. Are these know issues or usage has
changed for these APIs in 1.4.3?
