Cannot link with libkrb5.a

Hi, 

I upgraded the Kerberos distribution from v 1.3.6 to v 1.4.3 and my
application stopped working.

It cannot link with the dependent library libcom_err.a any more which
exists under /usr/local/lib.

Does anyone know what might be the problem.

 

exec(): 0509-036 Cannot load program cs_mmserver because of the
following errors:

        0509-022 Cannot load module /usr/local/lib/libkrb5.a(shr.o.3.2).

        0509-150   Dependent module libcom_err.a(shr.o.3.0) could not be
loaded.

        0509-022 Cannot load module libcom_err.a(shr.o.3.0).

        0509-026 System error: A file or directory in the path name does
not exist.
