MIT 1.3.1 with W2k and RC4(arcfour)

I have a setup with Unix systems using MIT Kerberos 1.3.1 and a
Windows 2000 kdc. I can get a RC4 encrypted ticket with kinit, but I
cannot get a ftp or telnet connection with RC4 encrypted. I use ktpass
on the W2k platform to extract a keytab which oonly supports
DES-CBC-CRC and DES-CBC-MD5. How can I get a keytab with RC4 ?

Is there a new ktpass or netjoin ?
