Krb5 (1.2.6) and Windows 2000 - Question

We've got a small Kerberos realm setup using MIT Krb5 1.2.6 on a FreeBSD Box
(the KDC).

I've setup a Windows 2000 Server (not in an AD) to be a client of the realm.
I've got the user mappings setup on the Win2k box, and can log into the
Win2k box as a user in the realm if I am on the console.

What I am attempting to do, is create a network share and then attach to it
from another workstation as a user in the kdc.. (i.e.:

net use * \\win2kserver\sharename /user:user at KERBEROS.REALM.COM

)

Unfortunately, it's not trying to authenticate me against the KDC. In the
event logs, it shows it's going to NTLM for Authentication, rather than the
Kerberos Realm.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks,
Sam
